These terms govern your use of Finisheer's after-hours office cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following.
Services
Finisheer provides professional after-hours cleaning for commercial office spaces. Service details, schedules, and scope are agreed upon after an initial walkthrough of your premises. All cleaning takes place outside of your regular business hours.
Access and Security
You agree to provide reasonable access to your premises for our cleaning crew at the agreed-upon times. This may include key fobs, door codes, or building manager contacts. We handle all access credentials with strict confidentiality and return them upon termination of service.
Confidentiality
Our crew members sign confidentiality agreements before entering your premises. We do not access, copy, photograph, or interact with any business documents, digital systems, or proprietary information found in your office.
Insurance and Liability
Finisheer carries $2M in liability coverage. If anything is damaged during a cleaning visit, our insurance covers it. Report any issues within 48 hours and we will resolve them promptly.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on your office size, cleaning frequency, and selected service package (Fresh, Stocked, or Finished). We provide a flat-rate quote after the walkthrough. Payment terms are agreed upon before service begins.
Flexible Terms
We do not lock you into long-term contracts. Our service agreements are flexible. If we are not delivering, you can end the arrangement. We would rather earn your trust every month than hold you to a piece of paper.
Service Guarantee
If something gets missed or does not meet the agreed standard, tell us and we are back the next day to fix it. No charge.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
